In order to help attendees make preparations for traveling to our conferences, we have done our best to provide as much
information as possible about each of our conference sites. For more information about a particular site, please select a location from
the list below. Details include information about the meeting rooms, accommodations, recreation, A/V equipment, posters, maps,
driving directions, travel options, buses, off-site housing, photos and more.
To Add or Update Your Abstract
If you still have your application acknowledgment email, you may submit/update your abstract
through a link contained in that message. Please note that the title of your abstract should not exceed 200 characters and the
body must be text-only.
Poster Dimensions
Please prepare your poster to fit the dimensions listed below.
For best results, please prepare your poster to fit within the dark shaded area in the above diagram (4 feet x 4 feet, or 1.2 m x 1.2 m). Content placed in the lower portion of the board is not easily viewable by attendees. Note: The posters are fixed on stands and can not be rotated. Please prepare your materials to fit the indicated width and height. Mounting supplies are provided by the site.
Poster Schedule
The poster session schedule is developed by the Conference Organizers (Chair and/or Vice Chair)
and a printed version of the schedule is distributed to all participants during conference check-in.
