The poster session schedule is developed by the Conference Organizers (Chair and/or Vice Chair)
and a printed version of the schedule is distributed to all participants during conference check-in.

Advance travel planning and early visa application are strongly encouraged.
Please Note: Citizens of a Visa Waiver Program country travelling to the USA must now possess a machine readable passport and an ESTA approval card. ESTA applications may be submitted any time prior to travel and generally remain valid for two years.

From Los Angeles: Take the 405 North to US 101 North, exit Seaward Avenue, turn left onto Seaward Avenue, then right onto Harbor Boulevard. The Ventura Beach Marriott is 2 blocks on the left.

Amtrak (Ventura, CA) (Phone: 800-872-7245)Amtrak's Ventura station is located adjacent to the Ventura County Fairgrounds (Seaside Park), approximately 3-4 miles from the conference sites. See their web site for fares and details.
Prime Time Vans (Phone: 800-733-8267)Prime Time Shuttle is a van service that may be more economical and convenient if you are traveling with a group. Prime Time Vans provides transportation from the Los Angeles Airport and the Bob Hope Airport. Please call or check their web site for pricing.
Roadrunner Shuttle and Limousine (Phone: 800-247-7919)Roadrunner provides transportation from the Los Angeles International, Bob Hope or the Santa Barbara airport and has significantly reduced its airport shuttle prices, exclusively for GRC attendees. Ventura County Airporter (Phone: 805-650-6600)The Ventura County Airporter has shuttle buses that run up to 8 times a day from LAX to the Four Points Sheraton and Ventura Beach Marriott in Ventura. Since the minibus has limited passenger space, reservations are recommended, particularly during peak hours. Buses load passengers on the lower level under the green sign "BUSES/LONG DISTANCE VANS" at each major terminal. Ventura Transit System (Phone: 877-850-6900)The Ventura Transit System is the premier source for your transportation in Ventura County with taxis, town cars, limousines and vans. They can provide transportation to and from the Los Angeles Airport and the Santa Barbara Airport as well provide local transportation around town. Bob Hope Airport (BUR)Bob Hope Airport is located in Burbank, California and is 60 miles from Ventura. Many major airlines (including Alaska, American, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest, United, and US Air) fly to BUR.
Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)Los Angeles International Airport is about 65 miles south of Ventura. Most major domestic and international airlines fly to LAX. Visit the Airport’s web site for a complete list of airlines.
Oxnard Airport (OXN)Oxnard Airport is small local airport, located about 4 miles from Ventura. United Express offers four flights daily to and from Los Angeles Airport.
Santa Barbara Municipal Airport (SBA)Santa Barbara Airport is located about 40 miles north of Ventura. Many major airlines (including Alaska, Allegiant, American, Delta, ExpressJet, Horizon, United, and US Air) fly to SBA.
